Output is typically 278nm (265-285nm) and forward drop is 4-7V (5Vtyp)
“Designed to replace mercury UVC lamps, the device offers an emission angle of ±60° without the need for an external lens,” said the firm.
It is compatible with re-flow soldering and has moisture sensitivity level 3 (J-STD-020).
